Privacy policy
This page is operated by Aman Bhandaal, Broker / Owner, RE/MAX Excellence Real Estate, Brokerage (“we”). It explains what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you submit a form: your name, email, phone number, and the answers you choose (for example, the type of home you’re interested in and preferred tour times). We also record which ad or link brought you here (campaign tags and click IDs) so we know which advertising works.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry about Erin Glen, send you pricing and availability, arrange visits and help you through a purchase. If you ticked the updates box, we may also email you about other new-home releases. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don’t sell your information. Your details are not sent to the builder unless you ask us to register you or proceed with a purchase.
Who processes it
Form submissions are stored in our client-relationship system (Follow Up Boss) and delivered by email through Resend. Our marketing partner manages this website and receives a copy of inquiries so they can be followed up quickly. The site is hosted on Vercel and uses a lead-tracking widget that records pages viewed.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google tags to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed and whether a form was submitted. When a form is submitted, a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone may be shared with Meta and Google to match the conversion to an ad click. You can opt out through Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to being contacted, by emailing aman@remaxex.com or calling 416-520-3462.
